Mr. Emmanuel Caulley
Emmanuel Caulley has over 18 years of technical experience in Engineering and Property Management with over twelve of these years in top management. He holds an MBA in Project and Strategic Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management and a B.Sc. Electrical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. Emmanuel has progressively developed his career with several workshops and seminars in various areas in the Engineering and Real Estate industry, within and outside Ghana. He was the Head of the Facilities Management Division of Broll Ghana Ltd. from June 2014 to January 2018. As the Chief Executive Officer, he helps in developing and directing the company’s operational strategies in practical ways.
